The first measurement expressed in centimetres is always the width, the second is the height. The measurements in the list refer to 1 panel (but you will receive 2) They have a buttonhole in the upper part of 8 cm for the insertion of any rod. On request you can request other measurements. Fabric was cheap, looked like a shower curtain, not a drape. I bought this after reading many reviews that said these drapes were high quality. Now I wonder if these reviews are authentic. I am now stuck with an expensive set of drapes I cannot use and cannot return. BUYER BEWARE.
